Roy Norman Ard

Roy Norman Ard passed away February 17, 2020 in Pueblo, Colorado.  Roy was born October 18, 1932 in Pueblo, 1 of 5 children, to Theodore “Ted” and Coreta Ard.  He was an employee of the CF&I Steel Mill for 46 years before his retirement.  Roy enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling and riding motorcycles. 

Roy was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Teddy and his sister Dolores.  He is survived by his children, Cheryl Saucedo, Roy Lynn Pankey, Pam (Mike) Crofts, Tim (Becky) Pankey, Kristal (Mark) Schweppe and Kyle Ard; 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; his sisters, Gloria (Ed) Englebrecht and Kay Haines as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.  

Graveside services will be held at 1 PM on Friday, February 21, 2020 in the Mountain View Cemetery in Pueblo.  In lieu of flowers donations in Roy’s name are suggested to the charity of your choice.
