Robert Mitchell

Robert Mitchell, passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2018 in Pueblo, Colorado.  Bob was on born May 2, 1941 in Pueblo to Claude and Gladys Mitchell.  He was a 1959 graduate of Pueblo Central High School and was employed in sales at CF&I for 39 years before his retirement.  Bob was a co-founder of the CSH Museum where together with his wife, Nell, donated countless time and resources.  He enjoyed traveling, collecting things, especially, clocks and guns, and was active in amateur radio and the Concerned Citizens for Roselawn Cemetery.  Through the years Bob became quite the CF&I and CSH historian.  Bob was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nell, and a host of friends.  Funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, January 29, 2018 in the Davis Memorial Chapel with interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of food and flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the CSH Museum Foundation, through the mortuary.
