Janet Louise Dillon

Janet Louise Dillon returned to her heavenly home on June 19, 2020.  Janet was born in Evanston, Illinois, on August 23, 1928 to Samuel Bowman Gregg, and Blanche Irene Young Gregg.  She was the youngest of four children.  Her brothers, Gordon and Thomas, and her sister, Marjorie, all preceded her in death,  as well as her beloved husband, Jack Dillon.   She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Rye Ward.  Janet loved gardening, sewing, traveling, taking photos, and most of all, her family.  Dogs became a very special part of her life the last 20 years, as she was a widow.  She is survived by her three children, Robert Amos, Wendy Higley, and Kathy Chartrand, as well as 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great- great grandchild. 

The viewing will be on Thursday, June 25, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Davis Mortuary in Pueblo, Colorado. 

Jan was laid to rest next to her husband Jack in the Brookside Cemetery in Rye, Colorado.
