Jack E. Teel

Jack E. Teel passed away Dec 29, 2018 in Pueblo, Colorado.  Jack was born on September 19, 1928 in Pierce City, Missouri to Austin and Macie Teel.  He retired as an accountant at the CF&I Steel Mill after 36 years. Jack was a member of Silver State Lodge #95 AF&AM, the Al Kaly Shrine, BPO Elks Lodge #90, Eagles Lodge #145, CF&I Golf League, both local and state Bowling Associations, and was a Past President and board member of the Power Credit Union. Jack was a veteran of the US Army Reserves.  He enjoyed fishing and watching football but mostly his family. 

Jack was preceded in death by his parents.  His survivors include his wife of 68 years, Betty; sons, Jack (Cheryl) Teel and Rick (Cindy) Teel; daughter, Sue Snyder and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, Jan 4, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Davis Memorial Chapel with Masonic Rites by Silver State Lodge #95 AF&AM. 

In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Jack may be made to the Shriners’ Childrens’ Hospital, directly or through the mortuary.
