Helen E. Keeney passed away December 25, 2019 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born January 21, 1933 in Valley Grove, West Virginia to Alberta and James Burgess. She was a veteran of the US Marines having served during the Korean War. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Franklin Keeney, Sr., and son-in-law James Williams. She is survived by her children; Barbara Williams, Donna (Louie) Dickens, Franklin Keeney Jr, Sherry Moore, Terry (Penny) Keeney, Mary Lou (Kenneth) Dickey and Mary Jane Keeney; 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
