Earlene Ellen Vaughn

Earlene Ellen Vaughn passed away January 9, 2022 in Colorado City, Colorado.   Earlene was born October 29, 1939 to Earl and Doris Monson.  She was employed as a teacher and a counselor in the Long Beach Unified School District for many years before her retirement in 2001. Earlene was an artist and a talented painter.  She enjoyed volunteering at the San Luis Obispo Museum of Art and was an award winning miniature teddy bear creator.   

Earlene is survived by her husband Harold; and her sister, Kathy Vetter as well as several cousins and other relatives. 

At her request, cremation has taken place and a family service will be held at a later date.
