David is survived by his wife Kylie McGinnis; his children, Betty Jo White, Mary Jo Zunic, Angela Joy Kien, David Chimoni, Kimerbly Nicole Lara and Matthew Henrichsen as well as 13 grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held.
