Bradley Hudson Ermel, of Fountain, passed away peacefully at home on October 17, 2023 at the age of 71 in Pueblo, Colorado. Bradley was born on April 29, 1952 to father Robert Louis Ermel and mother Emma Louise (Feldman) Ermel in Colorado Springs.
Brad attended Fountain schools, setting records in multiple sports and graduating with honors. He went on to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder and UCCS, earning a Masters degree and license as a Professional Engineer. He lived in Iowa for a brief period but lived most of his life in southern Colorado. He was a dreamer, an ideas guy; encouraging creativity and adventure. He loved Colorado, skiing, hiking, camping, classic cars and the home team. Brad had a good heart and truly loved his friends and family.
Brad is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children; Jennifer, Suzanne, Alicia, Clayton and 7 incredible grandchildren. Brad was a brother to Christina Crozier, Rodney Ermel and Mary Lynn Ermel. Further survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Brad will be fondly remembered as a good man, proud father, hopeless romantic, talented stone mason, Denver Broncos fan, entrepreneur, terrible joke teller and Dad. He will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 3pm at The Mill , 1001 W. Northern Ave. Pueblo, CO 81004
