Beverly J. Corder

Beverly Jean "Bev" Corder, nee Blohm, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2024, in Pueblo West, Colorado, at the age of 88. She was born on January 30, 1936, in Atchinson, Kansas.  Bev was an amazing, kind, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend. She touched the lives of many with her generosity and warm, caring nature.

Bev held a bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri Teacher's College and a master's degree from Southern Colorado State College. Bev was a retired District 60 kindergarten teacher who enriched the lives of many children throughout the years.

Bev was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bill Corder.  She is survived by her son, Mike (Micky) Corder; her daughter, Michele (Nathan) Myli, and her grandchildren, Katie (Josh) Corder-Paul, Joey Corder, Maggie Corder, Rebecca Myli, and Jacob Myli as well as her great grandchildren Tatum and Jett.

 In accordance with her wishes, Bev requested that no services be held. If you wish to make a donation, please give to your favorite charity in Bev’s name.

Bev will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved. May she rest in peace.
