Wilma G. Ogden

Wilma Ogden passed away August 23, 2010 in Pueblo, Colorado. Wilma was born September 8, 1931 in La Junta, Colorado to Robert and Mary Higgins and had lived in the Rye area since 1969. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed her garden and flowers and especially tending to her children and grandchildren. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Robert and Curtis and a sister Betty Ausbun. She is survived by her husband William Ogden of the family home; children, Terry (Susan) Ogden of Elbert, Michael (Jodi) Ogden of Gr. Junction, Cindy (Lee) Timmons, Susan (Terry) Smith, both of Beulah and Dorothy (Fred) Trujillo of Alamosa; numerous foster children; two sisters, Emily Corrigan of Co. Springs and Marinell (Charles) Ettleman of Beulah as well as 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Mrs. Ogden will lie in state at the LDS Stake Center in Rye from 8:30 until 10AM on Thursday, August 26, 2010 when funeral services will begin. Cremation will follow.
