Carol D. Turner

Carol D. Turner, passed away February 11, 2010 in Pueblo, Colorado. Carol was born September 6, 1959 in Pueblo to Alejandro and Lupe Avalos. She enjoyed fishing, watching American Idol and her jobs as a hair stylist but her greatest love was her family. She was preceded in death by her mother Lupe Avalos. Her survivors include her husband Dean; children, Brandon (Alexis) Boulet, Dustin Boulet, Nick (Shannon) Turner and Chris-Paul Turner; her father, Alejandro (Mary) Avalos; brother, Arnold (Lori) Avalos; sisters, Marina "Nina" (Richard) Moseley and Kathy (Sandy) Avalos; her grandchildren, Alysa, Asher, Elijah, Aidah and Amelie as well as several special nieces, nephews and other relatives. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Carol’s Life will be held at 1 pm on Monday, February 15 in the Davis Memorial Chapel with Reverend Kim James officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in memory of Carol be made to the American Cancer Society.
