Gilbert Ray McDaniel, Jr

Gilbert Ray McDaniel, Jr., passed away September 12, 2014 in Pueblo, Colorado. Gilbert was born on May 27, 1947 in Clinton, Indiana to Gilbert and Kathryn McDaniel. He was employed at the Rush Lumber Company for many years. Gilbert enjoyed the mountains and his trips up to the high country with his friend Mike McCray. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Edward. His survivors include his wife Linda Moore, of Pueblo, his children, Cindy McDaniel-Bowden, of Shepherdsville, KY and Doyne McDaniel, of Frisco, TX; his siblings, Jerry McDaniel, of Leo, IN, Debra Shubert, of Spencerville, IN, Dana Tinsley, of Fort Wayne, IN, and Raymond “Ted” McDaniel, of Leo, IN, as well as 3 grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, Sept 18, 2014 in the Davis Memorial Chapel. Online condolences at DavisMortuary.com.
