Dr. Carol Ann De Biase, 76, formerly of Pueblo, passed away July 7, 2014 quietly at her home in Scottsdale Arizona. She is survived by her husband, Raymond, as well as her four children Margaret, Adrienne, Mary and Raymond and her grandchildren, Christina and Anthony.
