Nelcena E. Baldwin

Nelcena E. Baldwin departed this life on February 5, 2014. She was born on January 18, 1926 in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Joe and Hazel Kouns. She attended school and graduated from Fowler High School in 1943. Along with her husband Bud she belonged to TREA Chapter #20 of Pueblo, Eagles #145 and was very active at King of Kings Lutheran Church. Nelcena was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edison “Bud” and her brother Frankin Kouns. Her survivors include three sons, Ed (Cherlynn), of Nashville, TN, Tom (Janelle), of Fort Collins and Don (Glenna), of Pueblo; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; her sister-in-law Juanita Blatnick, of Pueblo, and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held on Sat, Feb 15 at 10:00 AM at the King of Kings Lutheran Church, 2561 Vinewood in Pueblo.
