Stanley W. Berry passed away Nov 3, 2013 at his home in Trinidad. Stan was born in Trinidad on Jan 1, 1952 to Hobert W. and Donna Jean Berry and spent most of his life there. Stanley was the youngest Eagle Scout in Colorado history, having earned the honor at age 14. He was a veteran of the US Navy having served during Vietnam. Stanley was employed for nearly 40 years at the BNSF Railroad before retiring in Dec of 2011. He enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing and almost anything automotive: motorcycles, cars, trucks. He was preceded in death by his parents. His survivors include his wife Debbie, sons Scott (Kim) and Christopher (Julie), his siblings Linda Berry-Harmony, Glenn (Kema) Berry, Carolyn Whittaker and Jim Berry, 3 grandchildren, Kaylee, Alex and Jillian as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Cremation has taken place with private family services to be held. In memory of Stanley contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
