Betty Watson

Betty Watson went to be with the Lord February 20, 2012. She was born Betty Joyce Cracknell, March 31, 1918 in Buffalo, NY and married Gordon Watson in 1941. They moved to Pueblo in 1964 where she has been active in the community and church, including winning "Valiant Woman Award" for her contribution to Church Women United. Betty was preceded in death by her siblings, Cyril (Ann) Cracknell and Sylvia (Perce) Smith, her husband, Gordon, and her grandson, Michael Gessner (Lisa) Brown. Betty is survived by her children, Ronald (Linda) Watson and Barbara Brown, her grand-children, Eric (Kathy) Watson, Timothy (Erica) Watson, Diana (Daniel) Hall, and Annaliese (Scott) Watson, and her great-grandchildren, Tyler Watson, Ryan Watson, Hannah Hall, Ezekiel Watson and Moses Watson. A memorial service and celebration of Betty Watson's life will be held on Saturday, February 25th at 2 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene, 84 Stanford in Pueblo. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE in her honor.
