Geraldine Brooks

Geraldine Brooks passed away October 12, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. Geraldine was born in Pennsylvania on February 23, 1929. to Gladys and Jerry Jones. She moved to Colorado as a young girl and resided in Pueblo until moving to Denver 6 years ago. She retired from the Colorado State Hospital PBX in 1985 after 33 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband Clyde E. Brooks whom she married on May 9th 1949; her parents; brothers, William Jones, Jerry Lyle Jones and Herb McIntire. . She is survived by her daughter Terry L.(Dale) Ellington; her son, Ronald C. (Kathy) Brooks; 2 granddaughters, Kimberly L. (Max) Brooks-Foster and Kendra L Brooks; grandson, Zachary A. Brooks; great grandson, Owen M. Foster; 2 brothers, John (Dolores) Boyd and Kenneth (Laureta) Burpo; numerous nieces and nephews and her constant companion Cuddles. Cremation, Davis Crematory. There will be no formal services. The Family will receive family and friends on Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at 2031 Elmwood Lane in Pueblo, Colorado.
