John "Jack" W. Provinzano

John W. “Jack” Provinzano passed away October 9, 2011 in Pueblo, Colorado. Jack was born here on December 13, 1920 and had lived here most of his life. He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Army Air Corps where he had served as a pilot. Jack worked as the Manager of Certified Concrete for a time before serving as an Agent for Met Life Insurance Company for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma Jean Provinzano, parents Nicholas and Attie Provinzano, and sisters Marie Latka, Virginia Fortino and Dorothy Baird. He will be sadly missed by his sister, Marge McFate; sons, Daryl (Donna) Provinzano, Scott (Anne) Provinzano, John W. Provinzano; his grandchildren, Tanya, Michael (Michelle), Jack Scott (Britney), Amber and Desiree; his great grandchildren, Chelsie, R.J., Shyla, Bryanna, Logan, Harmony, Dillon and Kayla as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
