Alice M. Hemick

Alice Mae Hemick passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2010 in Pueblo, Colorado. Alice was born February 19, 1917 in Calumet, Oklahoma to Wilbert and Valera Moore. She was an avid bowler, loved taking Sunday drives with her husband and the outdoors. Alice enjoyed staying active. Once in the nursing home, Alice enjoyed many social events including the playing cards, bingo and even table tennis. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Alden Hemick in 2000 and her parents. Her survivors include her daughter Jackie M. (Charles) Brown, of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Charles (Tammy) Brown, Alden (Georgia) Brown, Elizabeth (Joel) Alexander, Wilbert (Lisa) Brown and John (Mindy) Brown, as well as 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. No public viewing, cremation has taken place. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Jack following a graveside service at 11 am on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 in the Mountain View Cemetery.
